Was getting horrible feelings in my stomach going here to attend my pip assessment but relieved I had a member if staff who was understanding of what I am going through.

The assessor was straight out of Catherine Tate. She spoke almost unintelligibly with a thick Northern Irish accent Instead of facing me her screen was at 90 degrees and so she spent most of her time inputting looking at the screen and not me. I was made to feel like a resource"
