Rude lady greeter was literally shouting at elderly people when I arrived. It looked like a rescue effort after a natural disaster no one knew what was going on. The lady then proceeded to ask me in an awful tone what I wanted and then rudley sent me to a screen. Absolutely shocking for a new better" surgery sort your staff out the way she was talking to others and myself I was appalled and sort out the waiting room got people calling for patients then some on a screen it's ridiculous."

Who thought merging multiple surgeries into one would make things better for patients???!!!3 hours of waiting on the phone in total over 2 days to get a referral sent to a hospital and then again - wait for the gp to approve it even though it’s still outstanding on a waiting list ..!!!?More delays and red tape in the name of cost saving …This NEVER happened when sycamore house was operational.

Parking-good, waiting room-big, a lot of chairs.So, they could put more stuff at the front desk to avoid the queue,also some refreshments like water, will not harm.Overall, it is a good improvement.

My experience so far has been a really positive one. Have only just transferred to this surgery after years at one where I could never get through on the phone and usually dismissed or disbelieved about my concerns. I have rang Hatherton Medical a few times in the last couple of weeks and been helped every time. Staff have been patient and accommodating. I needed an urgent face to face appointment today and although 20th in the queue when I got through I was only on hold for a max of ten minutes. I was given an appointment and seen promptly. The GP was great, she listened to my concerns and did the necessary next steps. So far I am so happy we moved to this surgery. It's worlds apart from the surgery we've come from so thank you to everyone at Hatherton Medical. I appreciate it probably hasn't been easy making the move and having everything up and running so quickly.

First visit today and was very impressed. Plenty of car spaces and chairs inside which is well lit. Notifications for appointments has both vocal and visual making it helpful.It could do with room signs but that’s the only issue.

My mother, who is not a regular health care user, attended your new practice this week. From the prompt telephone booking to the lovely ventilated waiting area, to the very thorough clinician who had examined her, she felt she received an excellent service! Thank you to all the team at this GP surgery! 5 stars!

Receptionist made fun of me for my accent and the way I speak. Not Inclusive behaviour!!!!Formal complaint regarding the rude and unprofessional manner from the receptionist who stated her name was Vicky.I called the surgery at 16.59 on 5 December 2023 to enquire if my prescription request had been actioned. I have called multiple times since last week and put the request in writing but unfortunately the request had been delayed due to an oversight by the surgery.The receptionist was rude when I asked if I could provide my date of birth and rudely stated she had asked me that!!!. I asked if my capsules were ready and the recipientist made a point of belittling me on multiple occasions stating is that a new medication. I was trying to describe the requested medication but she seemed to make fun of the way I pronounced the word. She repeated over and over is this new, not heard of that one. Her tone was aggressive and very demeaning. Not at all what you would expect from a professional within the NHSShe also went quiet on the line for a long time as if to try and disconnect the call.When she started to speak again she said I would need to call back as if it was my fault my multiple requests over the last week had not been actioned.There is no excuse to be rude to patients especially when the patient is being polite.Terrible service its such a shame as maybe patients would not be rude to staff if the staff were polite and professional.

Totaly agree and have experience same isues agree with will and others .about dr kingsley needs be struck of.he rude he said to me who the qualified dr me or you right attitude hes got . .i replyed i know my own body very rude man all he does is say you had ten mins and huffs.need be struck of us patience need to stick together put complaints in he doesnt examin you . attitude stinks but he not only one dr dhesi and few others. dnt examine you either or cares told him going put conplaint .this gp getting worse..they gaslight your symptoms make out in you head. Still not got diagnose will continue till i get proper answers .been told drs carnt refare ppl for mri on arm and should dispite been given diagnose but was told its not that they dnt have clue they think they have exray vision i had arm isssues now 12mth no better in agony still dnt k ow whats wrong refusing give me mri. Forcing me pay private which i dnt have the money except rent money in that much pain i have to use rent money putting me at risk of homeless you right to lorraine but get no wrre no one cares drs not i terested they gas light you dnt do test or examine it awful i agree with lots these bad reviews it getting worse brand new building but worse care i wouldnt care if they treated me inshed as long as they done job proper big building but poor gp care it awful getting worse they still taking more patience on it joke it like a circus dr not interested no more .agree with the man about dr k7ngsley we needstick together us patience and back each other these drsthink they are god and thinkthey can treat you poor .

On two occasions I have been able to get same day urgent appointments for family members. Excellent service received by us thank you.
