Awful place rude staff long queue

Nice place to be for a break.

The service we received from Ally and particularly Nadia was outstanding. Our friend left her phone in the service station on Friday and luckily it was picked up by an honest person who handed it in to Waitrose. After a call to the lost mobile phone, it was answered and we were told it would be kept safely in the store until we made our return on Sunday evening. I called Waitrose Newport Parnell on Sunday morning and spoke to Nadia who enquired about the whereabouts of the phone, in store for me. She called me back to say she would let the team, taking over later in the day, know to expect us to collect it. She then called me about an hour later to say the coach driver who was coming to pick us up in Nottingham, was in the shop asking for the phone. Andy, the driver, was going above and beyond to help us, by collecting the phone but Nadia once again was fantastic also - she wouldn’t release the phone until she had authorisation from us to do so. Good customer service can be hard to find these days but Nadia and Andy blew the ball out of the park today. Thank you both from 6 very happy ladies who are so impressed with the level of service our lovely fried Geri received after losing her phone in a service station. Nadia’s help in this situation is the epitome of what we have come to expect from a company like Waitrose/John Lewis

Over priced - welcome to the people's republic of motorway services

When u felling tired on M1 u can take nice rest and nice fresh breakfast and lunch

Like a Waitrose only less options and more expensive

The place was expensive
