I had planned to trade my caravan in, but wasn't terribly impressed with the value being offered. I described the caravan as accurately as I could and Bob from The Caravan Buyers gave me a better offer over the phone.Bob confirmed the evening before collection, and arrived at the time promised. He was engaging and polite.Bob found a tiny area of damp. As the caravan was otherwise perfect he was still prepared to take it, we made a price adjustment to allow for its repair. The money was in our bank instantly and Bob was on his way.Even after the price adjustment, I received more than the dealer was offering (and the dealer would have wanted an adjustment too, I'm sure).In summary - if you're selling, give them a ring. I'm pleased I did.(No connection to the company except being a happy customer).

Highly recommended caravan buyer, Bobby was efficient, polite and very fair with the price offer for our lovey little caravan. He explained clearly the procedure and our caravan was not towed away until the payment was made into our bank account.Having been quoted by a couple of other companies bobby's offer was the best price. As much as we knew selling our caravan privately would offer a better return, the key benefit with this company is a quick turnaround. Fabulous service from beginning to end.We had to get rid of our caravan, due to a site closure and it wasn’t worth anything so didn’t know what to do.Contacted the Caravab Buyers who assured us that they would take it away for us, at no cost and use it for parts etc.They arrived today on time and quickly took it away, with no stress or extra costs.Thank you so much, will recommend and use again in the future if needed

Absolutely brilliant company to deal with good offer although this was ammended slightly due to them finding some damp in the floor, this may have been the opportunity for other companies especially dealers to really hammer the price down, but not the case as far as Bobby was concerned a reduction yes but still a very fair price. We were told collection would be lunchtime and sure enough bang on 12 o'clock they turned up after a thorough check over once the new valuation was agreed by both parties the money was transferred straight away after Billy had confirmed the money had hit my bank account the van was hitched up and away he went.A truly easy and professional process and a company that I would and have recommended. Fantastic service from these guys. Requested a quote for my van and was promptly given a very reasonable price for it. Turned up at the arranged time and date at my house, quickly reviewed the caravan and as it was as described the money was instantly transferred into my account, no quibbles.
