Caversham Tiles

Disappointed with the after sales performance of these guys. Tiles are wonderful but the chump that estimated what I needed grossly exaggerated the amount (this is actually not the first time this has happened - so I’m a fool for returning I guess!). I did challenge this when I ordered the tiles and was told not to worry as they would take back unopened boxes and singles of the large 1000mm x 500mm tile. Tiles were put aside by Caversham Tiles last December for work that was scheduled for the end of March this year. Had four of the large tiles for return (plus quite a few others, but decided to keep those as spares). Tried to return these this morning but told it was too late and I should have read the terms and conditions on the back of the receipt! You know what guys, I’ve spent an enormous amount on this project so I can afford to lose £150 and I just wanted to get these out of the way. In fact I was considering donating this return to the Ukraine appeal. So, that’s it Caversham Tiles, I now resent the custom I’ve sent your way over the years and when I’m next asked where I got these beautiful tiles in my house it’ll remain my little secret. And for good measure I will steer my numerous colleagues in the building game well clear of you guys. Mike S

I ordered some tiles for our bathroom which are lovely and well priced. And when we needed one extra tile they supplied it no problem!

Was told I could return unopened boxes of tiles in person when ordering and again when adding to the order on the phone as we done two bathrooms in the house not just the one. Fitters went back with couple of boxes today the stock items were refunded, however the special order items weren’t welcome back. I understand you have this policy but my objection is that on 2 occasions you failed to tell me the details of what could or couldn’t be returned. When I say to you on your counter can anything be returned and you reply yes only full boxes it feels like you have miss informed me. From one local company to another sorry I won’t be back.

Called in for some samples on Monday 12th. The guy was very helpful in finding us want we were looking for. Have used CT several times in the past & would certainly recommend them. Good selection on display & wide price range.

I must say Caversham Tiles is a great place for all your tiles needs. They were recommended to me by a friend and you can find every tile you need and the prices are extremely competitive. Most of all the customer service is 5 star they can never seem to do enough for you and seem to go above and beyond each time I go there. I'd highly recommend you try them even to compare to others as you'll be pleasantly surprised like I was and you'll end up a regular customer like me.

I have used Caversham tiles my entire working career and know that the staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful with any questions or queries I have about any products or tiles that customers have either ordered from Caversham tiles or have ordered from other suppliers. I personally would not go anywhere else for my adhesive, grout, tiles or advice

A very good service is always to be found here. Plenty of tiles to choose from. Well worth a visit, been selling tiles for 40 years. Remember when it opened.
