Jay is the best! I won’t trust anyone else with my shoes. We’ve also had multiple sets of keys made with him too, as well as great results with dry cleaning. Lovely customer service and he is always so thorough. Thank you Jay!

The sole on my favourite boot had come off, Highgate shoe repair did a very nice job repairing it, very neat work, and super fast service too. The owner is a very nice person and treats the customers well. Will definitely be back.

Jay is a true professional - I brought my boots of very fine leather to his place, to get some additional protection for the soles, and he did an amazing job. I would definitely entrust him with all of my most delicate shoes. He is also our go-to person for key cutting. If you're looking for someone to take care of your shoes, look no further, Jay is your man. Always friendly and professional - I am very happy we've found him!

Top bloke and first class workmanship. I took in some boots that I thought were beyond saving, how wrong was I. 24 hours later and the boots are as good as new. Thoroughly recommended.

I feel as if I was overcharged for my key cutting he said my door key was a “security key “ and charged me £15 for a copy when I know it was just a simple Yale I needed it so I paid the over inflated price in cash as his card machine “wasn’t working” wouldn’t use again.
