Great service in store by Margot. Input our house plans into the software and used it to recommend a sofa that we wouldn’t otherwise have even considered. Very patient in talking us through the options on multiple visits.

Margot, the consultant who assisted me, was very friendly and helpful. She is very knowledgeable about the products at BoConcept and was able to recommend the right product for me. The bonus points was that she generated a 3D layout of my flat to show me how the products would look like in my flat in order to better visualize and make a decision. I highly recommend going to the showroom for purchase and enjoy the interior design service.

First rate service with a terrific range of furniture and fabrics in store. Store manager, John Taylor, was exemplary - helping source in-store items and ex-display pieces from other locations. I walked into store and was greeted with warmth and a readiness to help. I was lucky to have a showroom tour by a prolific store manager John Taylor who took time to listen to my requirements, showed me what was available and what could be customised to meet my needs. The store is warm, full of rich textures and silhouettes and the staff there all kind and super helpful. My customer experience has been extremely great and I believe that is down to John for leading with soo much grace and sharing his vast knowledge with every client.

Nice fabrics, comfortable, good design but not sustainable.I got no follow up information after the order except a call to set the delivery schedule.It is a shame that they don't pick up your old sofa while delivering the new one, which means they don't care about recycling. Also note that replacement parts may not be available even for purchase after 5 years which is too short for furniture especially in this price range. Those make any sustainability pledge irrelevant.

Could not be more pleased or impressed by the wonderful, friendly and professional service received from this showroom! Popped in to browse sales items (they have 15% off everything in the showroom at the moment with sales going up to 50% off ex-display). Received the nicest hello and welcome from Margot Maciejak and the best service! Left very pleased having customised their beautiful Augusta dining table (with their signature butterfly extension mechanism) and x4 Adelaide dining chairs (again customised to a gorgeous leather; and adding the swivel option). Have been a loyal BoConcept fan for some 14 years and today was probably my favourite shopping experience. Have always been satisfied with the furniture I have bought from them. Lovely team and atmosphere. Worth popping in for a visit.

We visited the BoConcept store in Westfield, where we met with John Taylor, the showroom manager who provided us with guidance and advice on our choices for new furniture in our living room. It is clear that BoConcept's furniture and items are of great quality and we would highly recommend their interior design service. Many thanks to John who was very helpful and patient with us when coming up with the final design.
