I had been considering having unwanted facial and body hair removed by laser for some time. I had received mixed reviews from friends who over the years had had it done. After much research I contacted Siobhan at Laserpod. Siobhan explained to me how the process worked and that she used Lightsheer Duet the most efficient machine on the market. I had a good feeling about our conversation and soon discovered that I had “struck gold”. After an initial test I started a course of treatments. The results from day one were amazing, with no down time and very little pain. After a full course of treatment my skin in targeted areas is positively and permanently smooth.Siobhan is highly experienced and totally professional, she has gone out of her way on many occasions to fit in with my schedule and I have managed to complete a full course of treatment successfully with no missed appointments. It has been a pleasure to visit Siobhan at Laserpod she is great to get along with and I intend to catch up with all Laserpod has to offer in the future. I would have no hesitation recommending Laserpod to my friends.

By far the best place for in the city. Siobhan is super professional and delightful. Her best in class equipment makes the experience almost pain free. Considering all options, she offers a reasonable cost that makes her treatment package super affordable.

I am very happy with decision to try laser hair removal at Laserpod. It is pain free and effective. I am undergoing hair removal on underarms and the hair were significantly reduced on a second day after the first session! Even though my treatment is not over yet I don't have to bother about removing my hair everyday as they hardly grow at all. Siobhan is amazing, thank you!

Having spoken to Siobhan on the the phone, I was assured that laser hair removal was the right treatment for me (having considered IPL originally). As Laserpod already had had great reviews I decided to book a consultation.I met Siobhan and I quickly realised she really does know what she’s doing and she is very patient! She has both a wealth of experience as well as depth of knowledge about her profession. I normally ask a lot of questions when it comes to any skin/body treatments as I’m very concerned about possible skin issues and I really appreciated how reassuring, helpful and knowledgeable she was.I have been doing laser hair removal at Laserpod since mid 2020. Each appointment has been conducted in a very efficient, professional, and at the same time caring and gentle manner. I have now done several areas (full legs, armpits, bikini, upper lip) and I see a massive difference. Siobhan is absolutely brilliant, and she has ensured I’ve achieved the skin results I was after. I could not recommend her more. There is still some work to be done as lockdowns and the recent events have made it hard for me to progress at a pace I wanted to, so I will continue with the sessions. But so far I could not be happier with the difference Siobhan’s services have made to my physical looks and my overall confidence levels.

I went to Siobhan for some hair lasering treatment and she did 150 percent what I expected. Further than sessions we agreed, she also gave me some extra to touch up areas to ensure everything was as expected. I also find she is professional and friendly having just the right type of sensitive tone so you don't feel out of place and you feel perfectly comfortable. I don't normally write reviews but in this case I really recommend her.

With my darker skin tone I had the impression that laser hair removal wouldn't work as well or would be more painful. However, after just a few sessions of going to Laserpod I've already noticed great results.. AND it's not that painful! Siobhan is so welcoming she completely makes you feel at ease which is an added bonus. I'd recommend her to anyone!
