Ordered from them for delivery yesterday, called yesterday when nothing arrived was told items would be with me in the morning. Nothing arrived called them and was told delivery would be within the hour. Nothing arrived called back and was told it would now be Monday at the earliest so cancelled order. They put local delivery as lowest priority so would advise people look elsewhere as they are not worth the effort

Never get back to you when asked to to let you know when the remaining delivery will be in resulting in having to put a job back at a cost to me ,if you can't deliver full order then don't say you can.!Yet again another delivery date has come and gone due to more lies on delivery dates.,finally someone telling me truth and been waiting for delivery since Feb, Why lie I could of gone elsewhere .

Amazing service during a busy time! Ordered twice.One delivery came up short as I added.on to the order and items were missed on a separate page but they redelivered immediately, which was not expected. The delivery driver (big bald guy, as he described himself) was amazing and friendly and moved a lot of materials into a convenient place for me. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.Thank you

Failed to deliver complete order (over 10K) on agreed dates (4 times). No communication, constantly having to chase for updates. Were asked to pay a 25% fee to collect products that were delivered damaged! Do not use!!

One of their drivers dangerously undertook a queue of traffic going towards Swinley Road, including my van which the driver nearly hit. When I came alongside them at the Heatherwood roundabout there was a very strong whiff of cannabis coming out of the cab, which would explain the driver's lack of awareness and attitude to risk taking.This is not a company I would do business with. If they take this much care driving their vehicles I can't imagine they take much care loading them, which might explain the reviews below me reporting warped, split or otherwise substandard timber.

Brought a load of pressure treated railway sleepers from Lawsons. Quick to deliver and easy to deal with but at least half of the sleepers are warped to the point they are not even usable. I understand warping is common, particularly in pressure treated wood but one of the sleepers is so twisted you could use it as an airplane propeller and it makes it impossible to work with.

This is a great place to buy fencing or timber for any external projects. They have a very wide range of quality products. The staff are positive and friendly. Their delivery drivers are also first class. Great company.
