Kay was absolutely brilliant. She put me at ease and was so thoughtful throughout my treatment. She is very knowledgeable and clearly loves her work. She explained everything in detail and with great clarify. I’ve been wearing aids for a couple of years but learnt more from her about my hearing issues in one consultation than I did in all my previous visits to the audiologist.

Kay was amazing!!!!Cant thank enough.i had enough of suffering with my ears and doctors telling me ' use oil drops' so i gave clean ears a try. I was seen by kay and She gave me the answers i was looking for that my gp couldnt even help with. My problem is now found and i can move on to sorting it out after years of issues. Kay was professional, polite and friendly. Instant change like i have new ears put on haha! Im so glad i went. I was then emailed the problem with photo proof for me to pass on and finaly have my ears sorted. Thankyou so much!! Would recommend for anyone!

Fantastic service. I went to the Clear Ears Clinic due to thinking that I had a wax build up in my ears. I attended the clinic and was greeted my Kay who was lovely. I had my ears looked at was told I did not need any wax removing, and this was shown on a camera. Would definitely recommend this service.
