I have the most beautiful nails from this place, very reasonably priced for the time and effort into making my nails shaped perfectly. They even suggested improvements to my acrylics so that they look even better. Very clean and proffesional environment each staff greeted me and asked about my day. Could not fault and will definitely be coming back again,

After my nails being badly damaged (AT ANOTHER PLACE), I was apprehensive about going to another nail salon.They were able to tidy up my nails and took a great amount of care to ensure the acrylics were removed appropriately and nails kept in a good condition.I’ve had acrylic nails done here in the past and never been disappointed. I’ll never go to another salon from now on and 100% recommend this place. Great service and great prices!

I have been going to Nailpro for gel on natural nails for over 2 years now and I recommend to everyone I know! No matter the request they always go the extra mile to make sure that every customer is happy and this is shown in the great quality of work - my nails have not once chipped! The team are so friendly and always go above and beyond to make every customer happy - thank you for all your hard work!

I have been going to Nail Pro for a number of years, of late I’ve booked appointments and been turned away because the shop is full of walk ins, it’s cash over the counter and has turned into money hungry greed, I am never disappointed in their work but the fact you book an appointment and turn up only to be turned away is a complete disregard of my time and commitments, for this reason I will never be returning

Not sure why it took me so long to leave a review, I have been going to Nails Pro for a year now and I have been so happy with how my nails look! The staff is friendly and very skilled, know what they are doing. The prices are also good too! I will keep coming back :-) (and i also love blue nails haha)

Extremely pleased with my French manicure and pedicure. They are perfectionists at their craft. The polish has lasted for nearly 3 weeks and I've been swimming, trekking and gardening. An excellent job.

I just moved to Ely and had my nails done here. The staff is super nice and caring, they’re very quick yet professionals. I asked for acrylic ombre without extensions and I absolutely love my nails!!!!

Nails are always brilliantly done and the team is very nice and talented. However, I do think they should consider how many bookings they take as my mum and I both booked acrylic infills, gel and pedicure which would take a while and yet they took a lot of bookings despite there being only 3 nail techs and we booked a month before which on the day made them rush as they seemingly didn’t have time to do everything we wanted because they over booked. Ended up not having the full service we asked for. Nails are wonderful though!

Definately book as always really busy in there. Great service, extensive range of colours to choose from. If have pedicure you sit in a lovely massage chair. Nails always last really well, rarely chip.
