Went to clear a fault code, bloke was going to help me for free but boss asked for 40 odd quid to do it as they are using a £3000 device.Well, you help someone for free once, they will come to you next time when you have other mechanical issues to resolve.And I do have a couple of things to repair but don’t have money until the end of the month, so I might have used DTE, but now I won’t.Sorry for the negative review but it’s how you made me feel mr boss

Been using DTE for.several years now for servicing and tyres. Friendly and efficient team , who let you know exactly what needs doing and don’t load your bill with unnecessary work or repairs. They have helped me out on more than one occasion at short notice when I’ve had an issue. Fully recommend DTE

DTE are a highly skilled, professional & courteous outfit. Myself and my family have been customers for several years.Just recently had an engine fault on the dashboard. DTE ran diagnostics and gave it a thorough check-over and test drive, and decided no work was necessary. They didn't charge me anything! Highly recommended.

I have been here for years, I have a modified car, so ensuring all my work done is consistent and safe is important, Pete who booked my appointment put up with many questions and lots back and forth without hassle and was more than happy to help, all the desk staff are extremely friendly and chatty and keep you updated on the progress of your car, I believe Reece did the work to my car, spacers and tyres, was very tricky as I believed the tyre size may not fit my car, however I was asked if I was comfortable with everything that was done, with the look of the car, and how it drove, night and day difference, and for a fantastic cost, about 10-15% cheaper than anywhere else's quotes,will always reccomend DTE to anyone, for professional fitting of performance parts, to a standard MOT and service, you'll never be overcharged and will always be happy with the quality of work done.

Awesome, generous and honest company. We (emergency services) pulled into DTE after just hitting a pot hole....damaged steel rim and slow puncture. We thought it best to get an assessment before entering the M40 to travel down to Southampton (didn't want to be changing a tyre on the M40 in the rain). DTE fixed the rim, balanced the wheel and we were on our way in 20 mins.....with no charge! The boss of this company is a legend... kindness is still alive.

I was a reoccurring customer untill recently. DTE failed my cars Mot and tried to charge me £700+ for parts which I was gonna pay. I took my car to another garage local to me to have a look which they got 3 different mechanics including a mercedes specialist for them to tell me That the garage that did your Mot is trying to rip you off. The parts they failed is not faulty". I only need new disk brakes which wasn't a fail.I gave DTE a call to see what there view was and all I got was sorry to hear that and that was that. No refund on the mot that wasn't even done properly. I don't trust DTE anymore and everyone else should get a different pair of eyes to look at your car before paying if you can."

Overpriced …£309 for rear brake pads and a sensor. Really? Always looking to find things to bump up the bill. Needless to say wont be using again. It wouldn’t have been so bad if they’d actually solved the problem I took it in for. Needed to book the repair in at decent garage, they knew what the problem was straight away

Excellent service, really friendly staff. I'm a new customer and have used for MOT & new brakes, booked me in at short notice and were really helpful. Will definitely use for any future work needed to my car. Many thanks!
