After paying nearly £25 for 2 burgers and a loaded fries, had to wait over an hour for delivery, called them and they said 5 mins, 25 mins later I called again and he said the driver is outside, so I went to have a look and the guy was standing outside nextdoors refusing to come to the door as the dogs were barking.The food was freezing cold, tried to call the restaurant and got no answer.I definitely won't be ordering from here again

We ordered chocolate chip cookie dough and was given white chocolate sauce coverd dough. The fries we ordered was coverd in curry sauce when we selected plain. The portion size of the ice cream was not even a scoop. When I called up about the order being incorrect I was told the chef made it correctly and the person on the other end of the phone hung up.I have attached a picture to show what Downtown Shisha cafe think is acceptable.

If you want to go to a good shisha place, this is the spot to go. Just found out they openend recently, the prices are reasonable, food and shisha is just so delicious. Will be back soon. Thanks for the awesome customer service. 5 stars from me

Ordered online, they charged me twice! I didn't receive my food because the store was randomly shut between the times of opening and got a message saying I will be refunded, they refunded 1 but not the other, they owe me £20 and every time I've tryed calling they havnt answered!! I even messaged them a few days ago and still no reply!

Really generous portions of food and really tasty! Really nice Shisha aswell it’s a little gem worth a visit and the garden area is my favourite. Very welcoming staff aswell

Google showed an incorrect time but we were taken in & serviced by a great employee there!Decent place to go for hookah but since they offer alcohol, I'll be striking this place off my go-to hookah places.
