Excellent service a front line to be proud of!

On Friday 29th November 2019 I called an ambulance for my 87yr old mother who had had a fall in her home. She was very frail. Katherine and Luke came out and gave her pain relief and took her to the Alex at Redditch. They were brilliant. I just want to say a huge thank you to them. They are a credit to yourservice.

What a great job our ambulance men and women do. After calling for an ambulance for my daughter on Sat.9th Feb after she suffered a bad anxiety and panic attack, the crew who came were so kind and helpful,there names were James and Robyn. I would like to say a huge thank you to them both.
