I had a canvas on the bigger side 72x48 inches which needed stretching and framing & I wanted this to be of good quality. Overall I have to say; I am happy with how it turned out! Although it took slightly longer than expected; the work itself is exceptional. It’s crafted well and i’m pleased with the standard of the framing.

I was expecting to be turned away when I arrived with a 3D map for framing but it has been executed beautifully. I went this morning to collect the picture I'd left last week with Patrick, having discussed in great detail the challenge of framing such a small Norwegian scene and telling him it was for a birthday present; we agreed I would return around the same time to collect it. I wasn't asked to leave my contact details, I trusted the job would be done. This morning I went to find the picture hadn't been done. Patrick wasn't there and despite the best and kindest offer of his colleague to do the job quickly for me, I took the picture back and left in total disappointment of a business I had always previously believed would do a professional job.

The gentleman in the shop took so much time at the first instance going through all of the options we had and we finally decided on one that really couldn’t be any more suited to the picture. 5 star service start to finish.

I can't recommend Patrick and his assistant highly enough for their advice and skill in recently reframing an etching I have owned for many years. At the time I bought it I could only afford a simple standard 50cm x 70cm 'off the shelf frame'. It has definitely been worth the expense to now finally get it professionally framed - the new frame moulding, mount and glass they recommended really makes this piece of art 'sing' and will enhance my enjoyment of it for many years to come.

Spent a very enjoyable 40 minutes with Patrick helping us choose a frame for a special picture we wanted framing. His care, attention and knowledge were excellent. Looking forward to picking up the finished piece. Glad to be able to spend money with a local independent. And will definitely be going back to look at the pieces he has for sale
