The Calm Club
My daughter was very nervous when we arrived but Tash quickly put her at ease and I was able to leave fairly swiftly. When I went to collect she had had an awesome time and was desperate to go back. Cannot fault or recommend highly enough.

Our son, who's five and a half, absolutely loves The Calm Club. I'd been looking for a kids' yoga class locally for a while and then saw this and thought we'd try it out. After he's been to a yoga session with Tash he likes to pretend he's the teacher and get my husband and I to do all the poses, which he somehow knows the names of e.g. this one is called Downward-Facing Dog, except at Halloween when it's Witch's Hat.

My daughter went to the calm club as a HAF activity in the summer holiday. She did 2 days and had a brilliant time. She made new friends, did some great activities and had some amazing healthy food. We will definitely be coming back!

Took my 2 grandsons aged 4 and 6Both boys really enjoyed the time there. They loved telling me allAbout it and showing me the new yoga positions. The girls who ran it and worked there were amazing and very friendly. 1 of the boys has special needs and nothing was to much trouble for them. Boys want to go back in the next holidaysThank you I came away with 2 happy children

We attended our first session today and loved it! Tash created such a fun inclusive atmosphere that my little one who usually takes a while to feel comfortable, was soon joining in, copying Tash with a smile on her face. There is no expectation that they do all the moves, they just join in as and where they like. Would highly recommend, a really good session.
