Lovely stay at The Seven Stars. Excellent accommodation. James Front of House a true professional, very friendly and nothing too much trouble. Service at breakfast by our waitress Kendall, attentive and very pleasant. Chef on duty morning of Sunday 30 October thank you for a fabulous full English made up of quality ingredients. Last but definitely not least Lyn Housekeeping thank you for your hard work. Room was immaculate and in fact the whole pub toilets dining area were the same. See you all again soon. First class team.

Had lunch today, was really fresh & delicious. Service was first rate, ate outside in the courtyard with our dog, who was appreciative of the gravy bones and fresh cold water on a very hot afternoon.

Booked Sunday lunch here for 14 adults and 2 children, told the pub about 2 people with gluten and diary allergies, they were so helpful nothing was too much trouble. The food was gorgeous really tasty and the service was great. Would definitely go back, highly recommend the Seven Stars.

Just stopped for a quick drink and snack Sunday lunchtime.found we could order chicken goujons(4),£4.00 and skin on fries for the two of us to share.great!didn't need much but there was plenty and piping hot.great service from 2 very able and personable young women.very attentive and also helpful.a credit.eaten here before and never disappointed.

We were invited to Ledbury for a family party and decided to book here for 2 nights and paid £240. Because of the very uncomfortable beds, a constantly dripping tap and a church bell which chimed ever hour we didn't sleep so chose to cancel the second night. This had a massive impact on our weekend and had to spend the afternoon of the following day in another hotel catching up on sleep so barely saw our family. Duty staff were understanding but failed to act positively and the elusive management have also failed to respond to our complaint. I'm a fair person and have been very reluctant to write this review as businesses are struggling but feel the hotel has had ample time to offer a refund or contribution towards the cancelled 2nd night. After all they were very enthusiastic about ensuring we paid in full on arrival. Very disappointing. The photos are also not representative of the rooms!

I can't comment on the rooms as I have never used them, but I am a ledbury local and have been to this establishment many times with no issue. However, on my most recent visit here, I was yelled at by a member of staff. I was there with my husband and friends, we were all laughing and having a good time on a busy Saturday night when one of the bar staff came over to us, slammed their hand down on the table and screamed at me to keep the noise down
