Hilton Garden Inn Snowdonia

What a stunning hotel.. in such a great location!I love what hilton has done with the place, very appealing.Rooms were so clean and very spacious. The bed was so comfy, and I had an amazing night sleep. Climate control was easy to use.Everyone on reception was lovely, and we're very patient, willing to answer any questions.Dinner in the evening was great, the pasta dishes and pizza were very well cooked.A very special mention for Mickey, what a gem he is. You don't get waiting staff as good as him anymore. So welcoming, always walking around with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble.Breakfast the next morning was very good! Great selection. All hot food was hot, and the open pass is a lovely addition as well. Was lovely to see floor and kitchen staff work well together and a smile on their face at that time in the morning.Will definitely be returning :)

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was standard, except for good size tv. There was no shaver socket, one cannot park near the entrance to load/unload luggage.

This was an unexpected gem located in Snowdonia and close to Conwy. Great place to stay though you will get a bit locked to the restaurant as the location is a bit off. Food was good in the evening so it worked out. The adventure park next door was closed and it does let the overall atmosphere down a bit as well. Breakfast was nothing to cheer about, very ordinary. Still, they made eggs to order and you could get waffles (a bit sweet). Good service and friendly staff. We stayed in a very spacious room at the end of the corridor. Nice indeed.

The rooms are nice and clean, the facilities are very good. Work pay for my meals but the restaurant menu is a bit poncy for my liking, everything on there that I would've ordered had mint in it, even the fish and chips, I can't stand my food tasting like toothpaste so I ordered a Chinese, I'm glad I did because the breakfast in the morning was awful, stale and cold. I'm going to try somewhere else for my next work visit in this area.

Great new hotel, everything as expected from a Hilton, but they stayed taking a large £50 retainer on your card even when you pay in advance on their app and have no intention of getting extras. So they have your card details. It gets quite steep when you start at 3 or 4 Hiltons in a weekv with each adding £50 and taking days to remove the holding charge - so they can make a much a they can on interest in your money.

Standard expected from a garden Inn with extremely easygoing yet professional staff.Welcoming, accommodating staff with an interest in ensuring that you have a good break / holiday / stay.Clean and well kept with efficient cleaning staff willing to attend to the rooms as necessary / convenient.Only the restaurant reduces the star rating from 5. The food is to the right standard and quality for price and staff are attentive and accommodating however the factory line process of in seat, eat and leave suits the passing through tradesmen and rep's but not a relaxing break or chilled atmosphere.

Away with the family, isolated but very nice, good food, good service, nice clean room, great breakfast, friendly staff, fantastic views. The hotel is somewhat odd looking from the outside but from the inside lovely. Hot outdoor spa and all.

Lovely modern rooms. Great location. Only downside was no water in a remote location and all the shampoo/body wash was empty throughout my stay. Lucky I had my own. The restaurant was good and I highly enjoyed the breakfast. Would stay again.

The room was very nice and well set out. Only bad bits was there was a random sock left by a previous occupant (to be fair it was behind a curtain) and there was what I gathered to be a rolled up plaster on the shower controls. I didn't investigate. I just binned it. All in all, these didn't spoil the stay but would have been 5 stars if picked up by the cleaning team beforehand.
