Another very satisfied customer. Easy to find, easy to park, either in their own parking area at the rear of the building, in front (if you’re lucky) or there is a small multi-storey car park opposite. Quick and efficient service once we were in, a quick scan of our dog and a quick signature from myself and we were on our way.As for cost, I don’t know what my vet was charging as they “couldn’t do it on the day I wanted”, but having read the prices others have charged I was very happy with the Abbeywell £99 fee. If we use them again, this drops down to £69.

I have used Abbeywell vets 3 times now for AHC forms to travel to Europe. Their service has been great. I would definitely recommend them for AHC to go abroad.

Used Abbeywell Vets to get an AHC for a trip to France. I had never travelled with my dog before but they made it simple and stress free. My dog was vaccinated elsewhere but they made the whole process a lot easier than I thought it would be, no problems at all. Will definitely be back next time I travel with my dog

Extremely polite and helpful staff. Sorted out the wretched animal health certificate easily and quickly. Very easy pickup on the day. Definitely recommend if you are taking Eurotunnel

What an incredible experience. So easy to complete the AHC process online a few weeks ago, then arrived today at lunchtime and everything was ready to collect. Five minutes later (and a couple of dog treats) and we were good to go. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Edit: from the owner's reply I'm now confident that the 1 star is fully deserved, thanks for confirming (no intent of understanding the issue and how the nurse was rude, but trying to just shift the blame on us, beautiful! I'm sure now I'll never use your surgery!)I see from other comments this surgery is usually good with people and pets, unfortunately our experience was awful. I'll send them a separate note, but the bottom line is one of the nurses present that day (26 July) was extremely unhelpful and ended up also being rude to potentially paying customers (that were under an immense amount of stress due to the possibility of seeing their 1m holiday cancelled!). No empathy, no helpfulness, just plain rudeness.

Amazing. The only way to get an AHC. Vets in Sussex charging anything between 180 and 300 per dog. Second time using Abbeywell £89 for 2 dogs. Very efficient online payment process.

During registration for transfer through the Eurotunnel, we had some difficulties with taking the dog abroad. This clinic is the only one in the area that was able to urgently help us with the preparation of the necessary documents. Within an hour everything was ready and the price was 30% lower than that of our veterinarian. We admit that we could have just been lucky and the veterinarian was free at that moment, but nevertheless we were satisfied and grateful.

Very reasonable price for AHC , over £200 less than our own vets in Devon. Seamless process done online , and on the arranged day a quick 5 minutes to scan , sign paperwork and pick up Bentley's AHC.Can park outside if lucky but we found on street parking close by , suitable for 7.4 m motorhome. Will definitely use again .

Excellent. Take your time and read the FAQ thoroughly.Trust the process, for someone like me who likes to check everything, it was agony to not call & double check I’d sent the right things in. It took 7 days to receive confirmation application was progressing as it was half term week & they were very busy but then very quick. On collection day, vets is easy to find with free parking outside. In & out with paperwork in 5 mins.
