Have done agency work at secure for 3/4 years on and off, always plenty of shifts, staff are helpful. All in all a good agency to work for overall, pay isn't that competitive but plenty of work if u want it

Amazing understanding company with great staff who always get you booked in! Great rates of pay and never fail to not hand out payslips or pay late. Nice to know they are always on the other side of the phone 24/7 and always a helping hand when you have questions about anything! Also have training which enhances knowledge which is amazing! Loving my time working for Secure and would recommend to anyone who wants a job with a reliable caring agency in the healthcare sector!

Secure health care solutions is one of the best care agency the staff are wonderful . Prab Patel is Absolutely amazing she is very professional as as care coordinator she has supported me throughout my work and availability. Absolutely disgusting experience. During the training trainer was being really horrible n when manager came to know she did listen only trainer not me. I guess Manager needs some training too. Waste of time. Disgusting Management and trainer.

I have worked for Secure Healthcare Solutions for 11 months as the Clinical Lead. I work closely with nurses and carers supporting them to develop their skills and their roles. I have worked as a complex care nurse specialist for a few years for different companies which led me to take my next step into Clinical lead for Secure Healthcare, the support I have received from both managing directors and everyone that works for Secure has been second to none and I feel fortunate to be able to call Secure my place of work. We go above and beyond to ensure we deliver safe and effective care to all and work very closely with all out staff. Having the flexibility to work the hours that best meet the packages needs has been such a positive in my role, and in the delivery of outstanding training empowering our staff always. I feel extremely excited to see where my future role develops within a fast growing organisation.
