Josh and Jake were recommended to us as we wanted to have some medium size trees reduced and shaped. They came and provided a cost for the work and went through the requirements for how each tree would be completed. On the day the work was done they attended on time and diligently took time and care, frequently asking if there was anything further they could do with each tree. The work was carried out on a day where we had very mixed weather and they removed a substantial amount of cuttings before tidying up. They are a professional, competent and courteous pair and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family .

I had some extensive tree height reduction done in, what turned out to be, challenging weather. An excellent job was done. All cuttings were chipped and removed, as I had no use for them, and the garden areas were left tidy.A really professional service provided by extremely polite and hardworking people, at a very reasonable price.Very happy with the results and I will definitely use them again for any future work.Highly recommend!

Martin, Josh & Jake have done a great job on our very large laurel hedge. Very professional and helpful and left everywhere very tidy afterwards. We would definitely book them again.

First class service from a first class company, we had two large pine trees felled by Jake and Josh who right from the start gave us a fair quotation for the job, they explained everything to us before starting which was very reassuring. Their approach to safety was meticulous with a huge array PPE and safety equipment. On completion the guy’s left our garden spotlessly tidy. Jake and Josh were friendly, courteous and very polite. Would highly recommend.

I have a fairly small garden but some really large shrubs and trees (conifers, laurel, fruit tree, holly bushes & hedges) which were all hugely overgrown, weeds everywhere, you know how it is. Quite frankly, I was embarrassed... but not any more!I contacted Bailey's only a few weeks ago and I'm so pleased I found them. It's been such a great customer experience from start to finish. I found them to be punctual, reliable, friendly, polite, professional, knowledgeable, competitively priced, incredibly hardworking and most importantly, respectful!We discussed what I needed and hoped to achieve and they gave me great advice about which jobs should be tackled first and recommended the best approoach for each individual plant.All the while assuring me that they wouldn't do anything that I wasn't happy with and the job could be done in stages to suit me.They booked me in and called to confirm. Arriving when they promised, they set about strimming, chopping, removing all the waste and tidying up. I have discovered spaces i had forgotten were there. It's really opened up the garden and I am delighted with the transformation - thank you.I have already recommended them to a friend and have no hesitation in recommending them to you.

Can not recommend these guys enough!I honestly don't know much when it comes to the gardening matters. I contacted these guys, and they were so friendly & professional from initial contact all the way through to completion. Nothing was too much trouble. They were respectful, tidied up after themselves and were honestly a pleasure to have around, and VERY reasonably priced too.A genuinely friendly family run business! Should really be six stars. What can I say but Martin Jake and Josh excellent. Spotted their van in our street this morning asked if they could nip round and give me a price for trimming the hedge. Called round as promised did the job there and then. Great price very polite and friendly. Spotlessly clean after and a very professional job.
