OH DEAR.... ....UNRELIABLE, POOR COMMUNICATION, LUCKY" IF HE ARRIVES.Booked "Tom" of Gifford Plumbing to arrive between 8/9am to move a boiler from one side of a wall to another which he had quoted a full days labour for. [*NB: He was also late to attend the quote!] No arrival on the contracted day. 8am - and 9 am - came and went. No courtesy call. 9.20am whereabouts call

Tom was lined up to do a boiler replacement for me, but due to unforeseen circumstances the job couldn't take place at the planned time, and the job was time-sensitive. Tom was very apologetic about events beyond his control, and couldn't have behaved more professionally and humbly, as is his reputation locally. I would wholeheartedly recommend him. Hence the five stars.
