Bought a Naim streamer, carried it back to my home on the other side of the world (Thailand). Then had difficulties connecting. Most shops would have taken advantage of the distance but Andy has been an absolute star. Preparing wiring charts and walking me through the whole process until I was up and running. Even during UK holiday weekends! I'm so glad I bought gear from these folks and have no hesitation recommending others to do the same.

Steve and the team here were very kind in demoing some speakers. I was given enough time to work through the music I listen to and enjoy. There was no hard sale approach. I didn't buy on this very occasion, but only because I'm in the middle of moving house (and fell in love with a pair of speakers slightly above my intended budget), but once that's done I will certainly buying!

I visited the Holborn store last weekend looking for solutions to improve my DAC and streaming system. The staff (Stevyn) was particularly friendly, helpful and informative while guiding me through the different options (he explained as something I was looking into would be a downgrade from my current system and suggested four different solutions at different price ranges, clearly highlighting the benefits / downsides of each).Thanks again for your politeness and support, I never felt pressured to make a purchase and was given plenty of time to think and decide. I will definitely come back for more.

Quality outfit with top quality speakers at great prices. Bought some KEF LS50 Wireless IIs and they are nothing short of amazing. On receiving the speakers, there was some smudging on the letter print on one of the speakers. A blip that can happen at the factory when lasering on the model number. I got in touch and Andy jumped straight on it, replacing the speakers quickly, easily and with updates throughout. Having spent a lot of money on these speakers, this was greatly appreciated and invaluable customer service to take any worry or stress away. Would highly recommend this place

After flying in from South America, I went straight to the store and was very pleased by the extremely-helpful staff and the selection of goodies. I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable situation to try and select speakers. The staff was laid-back, informative, and no pressure. When and if I return to London, I will head to Sevenoaks Sound and Vision.

Really don't understand the negative feedbacks here. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Steve, the consultant I was talking to, was very knowledgeable, suggested multiple options regarding my relatively budget stereo system, sold nice cable with a good discount. He also offered to arrange a listening session in a convenient time. Definitely recommend this place to anyone interested in Hi-Fi !

What you want from a shop like this is efficiency, subject knowledge and good service - I got all this and more. Steve was not only generous with his time, but managed to turn a potentially stressful purchase into a smooth and pleasureable experience. I highly recommend this shop.

They’ve been absolutely fantastic. Not only in recommending the right products but also installing them to work with an existing system. The result is absolutely astonishing. The picture quality of a new LG is exceptional. And as for sound, it very much felt like Billie Eilish was in the room, which was rather disconcerting… Many thanks to the Sevenoaks Holborn team.
