I came here about 3 weeks ago for eyebrow threading. It's a lovely clean little shop and the owner is super friendly and courteous. I stopped threading my eyebrows due to how painful it was but I decided to go back to it since my eyebrows have been a hot mess for the past 2 years. I'm so glad I chose to go here! Her technique is quick and painless. She managed to give my scraggly eyebrows an amazing shape, it changed my whole face! Her prices are also fantastic. I am definitely going to keep going here for all my threading needs during my stay in London. 10/10 service!

Poonam was so kind and sweet. She literally did the world's most amazing job on my brows. I had grown mine out for 6 months after my prev salon ruined my eyebrow shape and height. Poona was gentle and very diligent. She shaped them back up so well. She's now my new go to salon. I refuse to go anywhere else. Thank you Poonam!

This lady is an eyebrow genius. She takes time to ensure that your eyebrows are perfect!! So delicate, professional and caring, I feel like going there every week! I always leave a tip because she really goes above and beyond doing an absolute INCREDIBLE service for what she charges!! PLEASE do not go anywhere else, this is the place to go for perfect eyebrows!I have been to so many places in 2 years in London and I've never been so satisfied!!

Poonam is great at what she does. I go to her regularly for my eyebrows. She does a great job always. She is very gentle yet accurate. My friends always ask me where I get my eyebrows done, they always praise her work.She is the best eyebrow professional I have found in London. I highly recommend her. She takes care of her customers well.

Poonam is an amazing lady who I come to for both eyebrows and waxing and she is excellent at both. She is highly professional whilst being friendly and making you feel relaxed so you feel you are visiting a friend. It’s an good sign that she is busy for eyebrows as she does such a fantastic job, you don’t book for this and for waxing you can book an appointment and use the private room. She is very punctual with appointments. She is extremely good at her job but also so friendly and warm and I cannot recommend her enough!

I LOVE POONAM!!!! She always come thru and she does the BEST eyebrows whether it’s with thread or wax!!! She’s very kind and sweet and she always makes sure you leave happy! She’s my first and my last stop EVERYTIME I come to London!
