The place is generally clean. One of the things that I did not like is that at all the tables where your nails are treated, they did not change the towel where the remains of nails fell, they just cleaned it on top and that's it. Personally, the guy who took care of me was very rude the way he did my nails, and he did it so fast that he left me two bubbles on two nails and in my case I did French-style acrylic nails, and the tip didn't fit Very good, for what I pay I am not at all happy with this result

We are not local and I'd had a pedicure a few days ago, happened to be near here when one of my nails broke, went in on the off chance to see if they could fix it or patch it up for me and they did an amazing job quickly. Even got a really close colour matchThank you

Worst experience and biggest waste of money. The man who did my nails didn’t speak the entire time and when I accidentally smudged a nail he started shaking his head, muttering to himself and made me feel very uncomfortable. He was then grumpy for the rest of my appointment. The end result was terrible, I asked for square and they were so sharp I was afraid to pick up my child incase I scratched him! The acrylic was so thick, the edges were untidy, they looked rushed and the chrome was messy. I’ve never had such a poor experience. It cost me £53 for take off and a new set, I then had to pay £25 elsewhere ON THE SAME DAY to have them fixed.

Wasn’t a very warm welcome when I walked in the lady shouted at me what I want and ushered me to a basket of nail colours. When I was seen the man didn’t even say anything to me and just grabbed my nails and started doing things without asking what I wanted. I had to engage in conversation myself to tell him what I wanted and was then left waiting for 20 minutes before a different man finished my nails who couldn’t even communicate to me where he wanted my hands and just pulled on them the whole time. The nails looked amazing and the people that work there are clearly very talented but I rarely treat myself to getting my nails done and when spending this much money I hope to enjoy the experience. I felt deeply uncomfortable and anxious the whole time and this has put me off coming back to this place or even ever getting my nails done again. If you want to actually enjoy the experience of getting your nails done I wouldn’t recommend here.

My overall experience of this place is not good I’m afraid.If you want your nails done quickly and to be treated like you’re just a number, maybe this is the place to go. They operate an hybrid system - appointments or just walk in, however there is NO benefit to making an appointment as clients are often left waiting for the same amount of time as those who’ve just walked in. When they finally do your nails, it feels rushed because they clearly value quantity over quality - getting as many people in an out as quickly as possible seems to be their priority.They do not bother with cuticles - ie no pushing back overgrown cuticles or snipping hang nails etc. On one appointment my nails were filed down and I had to wait 40 minutes for another technician to finish the job!I’ve given two stars because one benefit is they do have a vast amount of coloured polishes to choose from. Also the salon itself is modern and well equipped. Sadly I can’t think of any other positives.

This has to be the worst place to get your nails done. Customer service is poor and the workers are rude and impatient, they make you uncomfortable and look at you like you are stupid if you ask questions. My nails look so stupid and everyone is making fun of me. I asked for an Almond shape nails and I don’t even know what they did. This is money wasted and the chrome gel is already peeling after the next day. Buying press-ons at Primark and fixing it myself is way better than this rubbish that was done on my hands. Please desist from patronizing them!!!

I was a new customer and booked online for Shellac on hands and feet, as soon as I walked in not one member of the team acknowledged me. I sat down in the waiting area for 15 minutes waiting with no apology to follow once I was seated.During the appointment the staff member that was doing my nails didn't make any conversation throughout, it did not make me feel at ease being a new customer.When I went to pay in the salon i was expecting to pay £40 as that is what it said when i booked the appointment online. However there was a additional £8 charge that i did pay and was happy too more so if i was told prior. The colour I chose did have glitter on however there was no sign anywhere to suggest the colour i chose would be extra, I was not told this would be a additional charge on top before proceeding with my chosen colour. So when I got to the point of paying I only had £40 in cash with me so I had to go out to the cash point to get more cash. This made me feel quite embarrassed as there were many other customers able to see this.Also the finish on my nails is not up to the standard I would normally expect from a professional nail salon, there isn't a smooth finish and you can tell they look quite rushed.I won't be returning after this as I was very disappointed with the customer service from start to finish.

This is what my nails looked like a week after they were done. £78 wasted. I do not recommend. I advise against.
