Very helpful friendly garage they have our motorbility van in right now but when they was due to pick the van up enterprise hadn't yet sorted a higher vehicle so the guys went an gave me a new date for pick very professional and helpful

Can't fault this company at all, from start to finish of repairing my vehicle they have been exemplary, I wouldn't at all have a problem in recommending them to anyone and everyone!-friendly and professional staff-professional work to a very high standard-detailed explanation when enquiring-vehicle treated with respect and care-extra services included! Vehicle was detailed and i even got my interior cleaned which i would have never expected!Many thanks again for the exemplary service and repair to my vehicle!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!I had my car recovered to Dicksons following a recent accident. My car had a front bumper damaged as a result of the accident and whilst in their workshop it had been badly scratched all along the side of the vehicle. There was no scratches before it went to Dicksons. They take no responsibility nor liability for the damage they caused. It is appalling and absolutely not acceptable. It seems either a negligence or a deliberate damage following their extortionate quote of repair (which was twice as much as Jaguar quoted). I obviously didn't carry out the repair at Dicksons. Rip off and negligence and lack of procedures. STAY AWAY!
