Netelect Design and Surveying services

SOME MUGGINGS HAPPEN WITHOUT A KNIFE TO YOUR THROAT!Over the course of 3 months; I commissioned Arron Lawrence/Netelect to conduct 3 different RICS Level 3 building surveys/reports. Arron took his time however; he did meticulously write and publish the first two reports.I made the mistake of paying Arron in advance for the 3rd survey/report. He took advantage of my trust/innocence and never wrote or published the 3rd report as promised.This nefarious individual seems to have developed AMNESIA about the 3rd payment and is pretending that I haven’t paid him yet. I have bank statements to prove that I have already remunerated this disreputable person for his alleged services.If I had stolen £500 worth of groceries from Tesco; I would have a criminal record or perhaps even receive a custodial sentence. Why is it okay for Arron Lawrence to get away with his crimes? Should he not be behind bars?

Got a level 3 survey with Arron. Got clear detailed feedback and was able to talk to him multiple times afterwards to ask questions. Would recommend to a friend
