We absolutely love our new kitchen fitted during March with all the Covid rules and regulations. We have had many lovely compliments from friends and family.From our first meeting with Matt, our designer, we knew we would use HKS. He was so patient and helpful and never put us under any pressure. His attention to detail was brilliant. We would recommend Matt as a first class designer to anyone thinking about a new kitchen.From design on HKS and the team were professional, organised, efficient, helpful and considerate.Paul our project manager kept the whole job running smoothly and sorted all problems that arose along the way. Very happy with our new kitchen. From design to installation HKS were brilliant throughout. Units and installation both of a high quality. Even though ours was probably the smallest kitchen ever, the attention and response we got was always exemplary. There were some issues due to the small size of the kitchen, these were dealt with by Nick the Installation Manager in a thoroughly professional and prompt manner.

HKS designed and fitted our new kitchen around 6 years ago and we were very impressed with the outcome, both in terms of design and workmanship. The after sales service was excellent too.Recently there was an issue with one of the pull outs. We contacted the company and Nick, the installation manager was able, with an investigative approach, and a couple of visits to rectify the problem.Many thanks for tackling the challenge Nick, with a calm, no fuss approach. We recently chose HKS to install our shower en-suite being familiar with their professionalism having had our kitchen installed by them several years ago. The installation was carried out to a high standard and we are extremely pleased with the end result from design to completion. Many thanks to John for listening to our design requirements, Nick for managing the project and finally to Phil who worked diligently along with the electicians and plasterer. Matt provided an excellent design service for supplying units and worktops to our new utility room ,offering several layouts and ideas we hadn't considered. We used HKS as we had previously used them for our kitchen and wanted units to matchand knew we could rely on them for superb quality products and service .Excellent!

Right from the moment we entered the showroom the service provided was professional. Matt helped design the kitchen to a specification that suited our way of life. The units and kitchen appliances available were all top quality. Now that the kitchen has been installed we are so happy with our choice. The team involved were highly professional and we have to give a big thanks to Nick, Rob and Dave. We are now looking at having our bedrooms fitted out and will be asking HKS to complete the work as we know they will do a great job. We cannot emphasise enough how good their work is and anybody considering having a new kitchen should contact them.

We have just had our Kitchen, Utility Room, Cloakroom, Bedroom and En-Suite refurbished completely by HKS (who had done them previously too). About 8 weeks start to finish for everything. Although they are at the more expensive end of the scale they were completely professional, courteous and really user friendly from design through implementation. We had a great experience having our bedroom fitted and also cupboards in the hall.The whole thing was very good from start to finish. Matt the designer was very knowledgeable and helpful and made the process easy. Paul and Simon on the installation side have been fantastic.We had great after sales service for a couple of bits and everyone is easy to get hold of and friendly if you need to contact them. The products themselves are really good.We would definitely use HKS again.

HKS recently managed the refurbishment of our flat in Meads, Eastbourne. This included designing and installing a new kitchen; a fitted wardrobe and unit in a bedroom; replacing an old fireplace and bookshelves in the living area with a newly designed storage unit of cupboards and bookshelves; plus final redecoration of the whole flat.Matt Haining, the designer at HKS Eastbourne and Nick Rust the installation manager, couldn't have been more helpful. The electrician, plumber, fitters and decorators used by HKS were all excellent and we are very satisfied with the end result.Dr and Mrs CookeMeads
