I had my third massage off Rachel today. I have been having trouble with my right arm and shoulder for 10 days and I asked for Rachel’s help! She established the problem areas and explained the biology behind what was causing the discomfort. She worked on my arm, neck, shoulder and back for what seemed like a long time and now I have no pain!!!! What a wonderful therapist. Such magical hands. I didn’t expect for the pain to actually stop straight away. Very professional and well organised. Next time I’m planning to take a trip to Rachel’s and have my massage there. Hopefully the next one will be for relaxation only and not to solve a problem! I highly recommend Rachel’s services.
