This hotel deserves a big 0 star not even 1!!! Never even go near this place!!! So poor!!!I reserved a twin room and was staying with my son on 21st Aug.In fact, the quality of the room and the level was service were very poor.1. The room overall was very dirty and it was not habitable. The bathroom was untidy and the shower curtain was full of grease. There were lots of rubbish under the bed and there were even some nappies under the bed. This could have even caused a bacterial infection to us.2. The room was supposed to be air conditioned but the air conditioner was malfunctioning and it was blowing just hot air and we had to open the window when sleeping.3. We didn't have enough shower gel and tea coffee either.4. The room was far too small than the actual photos in the website.I spoke to the reception when we checking out but they were hopeless. One lady told me that I could have changed the room. In fact, there were only two twin rooms available at the time and the both rooms were very similar. If they cannot provide the correct level of customer care, you should not do this business.I sent an email to the hotel management but I didn't even get a response!!!

If I can give these muppets a minus I would, I booked my son's walima here and was promised top service and standards. Little did i know it was in for a heartache. My venue was booked from 12pm to 5pm, when I arrived at the venue at 11:30am I was shocked and disgusted that the stage and venue was not ready. No cutlery on the table, rubbish on the floor from last event, stage was not ready and chairs was revolting. I can't believe I was fooled by Paul and Hamza for a service they never delivered. What's worst guest started arriving at 12pm and had to wait for these idiots to finish cleaning and even then it was poor hygiene, cutlery was dirty and we had to return this back.It gets worse..... service was appalling, we had 180 females and 2 waitresses and 120 men and 2 waitresses.I had to be a waitress at my own son's wedding because they were very slow and never got the chance to sit, eat and enjoy my son's special day.Very poor service, never got the top service as promised from Paul. Family and friends were sat with dirty dishes after they ate their mains because staff disappeared. This wedding venue was a complete disaster and I would never recommend this to any Muslim person or anyone after my experience. Never pay by bank transfer because once you pay the ball is in their court. My time and experience has come and gone but I'm warning the public, this place needs to be shut down.I would never recommend this venue to anyone, I'm sure they put up good review themselves.

Summary of Stay:Pros:- Free Parking- Decent powerful showerCons:- On one day, my hotel room door was left unlocked/ open all day by the housekeeping. Luckily nothing was taken. Report it to the manager who was apologetic but didn’t even ask for my name or room number to investigate.- Another day, I reported to the front desk that the bathroom light bulb had blown (on day 3). This was never sorted and showered in the dark for the remainder of my stay.- The walls in the hotel room are grim. They are fully of marked/ stains and just filthy. Makes you feel very uncomfortable staying in the room.- The light in the room is missing its cover. Not a good look with the cables are showing.- The bed frame is older than myself!- The window was very small in the room.- The wall paper throughout the whole hotel is horrendous!- The restaurant attached to the hotel only serves Indian food. It is important to note that the food is incredible (9 out of 10) but you can’t eat that every night of the week.- The rear of the hotel is a tip! The amount of rubbish/ junk is a eye sore!- The free Wifi doesn’t work. The photos online make the hotel look beautiful on the outside, but trust me, the inside is the complete opposite!I googled what a Four-star hotels should include as standard. It’s funny, somehow I must have missed the concierge services, fine dining, multiple pools, and hot tubs, high-class fitness centers, room service, valet parking, day spas.Safe to say I will not be staying there again!

**0 star rating**My brother got married at Baylis last year and after numerous promises from Sonali (owner) that it would be the perfect wedding it was a failure. When we arrived the hall was freezing. We had to ask for the heating to be switched on and do you know what was provided? 1 small plug in air heater. Our guests were complaining of the cold. We had 150 guests and 2 servers. Dirty plates and cutlery piled up on tables, service was not fast enough, to the point where I had to go into the kitchen to tell them what was needed. The stage we had was completely different on the day and so were the table decorations. We had booked from 6:30pm to 12am but Sonali said that the music could be played until 12am but we could leave by 1am.Security came to the hall at 11:15pm telling us to stop the music and it was time to leave even though we argued that 1am was agreed by management. The whole event was a shambles. My family was devastated and to this day we still discuss the stressful wedding day.Once Baylis get their money, it’s just false promises until your left with disaster on the day. It needs shutting down. Please for the love of god, stay away from this place. Even a community hall would be better than Baylis house!

horrible! don't stay here!! we stopped on the way from the airport, with two children (1 and 4) - after a very long flight. I asked for a baby cot, what I got was dirty and had food leftovers. the room smelled very moldy. in addition, someone was banging on our door at 3 a.m.!! my older child woke up scared and was afraid to go back to sleep there, so we spent the rest of the night in the car. This is unacceptable! I travel a lot, but I've never seen anything worse in my life! worst £95 ever spent.

Ignore my dates as i have not stayed at this hotel, but highlighting the warning to all, to read reviews.I always read reviews of places before booking. so glad i did with this one. There are too many bad reviews to even think about this hotel. I am working in the area for two weeks and by reading these reviews, i have opted not to take this hotel. The outside looks awesome, cheap for what it was ,maybe too cheap and i thought bargain, i will book it. i read what others had to say and decided not. They have lost two weeks booking from myself. hence why it is cheap, it looks a shambles.

The hotel is nothing like advertised. The beautiful building in the picture is actually a building site. The reception area looks like a similar sight. The rooms advertised look big and lovely but actually the room I got was barely big enough for the room. It was also the smallest double bed I’ve ever seen. All the outside areas looked like building sites and generally tired and unkept. Very disappointing so checked out almost immediately. Then had to find a hotel at the last minute at vast expense!!

If I can then I would give this place a 0 star. We had our wedding reception there last year and they ruined it. I had previously been to events there in the past, so thought it would be a decent venue but the organisation and everything associated with it was poor. They failed to kick out the previous afternoon wedding guests on time which resulted in them not being able to host our reception on time. Our wedding guests had to wait outside for over an hour because the room was not cleaned and set up. They didn’t place a head table as was agreed, me and my wife didn’t get the starters. We had paid for a DJ but he didn’t arrive. We were told he was on the way then after a couple of hours the manager said he couldn’t make it. The manager had agreed to refund some of money we paid but we didn’t get it. She then failed to respond to our phone calls and ignored us. This was a very disappointing experience for everyone and I would encourage everyone to seek another venue as they cannot organise and are happy to take the money but not provide a service. We will never book this venue again for any future events.PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST

Stayed in a single room with single bed had a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube and other channels worked fine. Had a fan next to the bed which was a surprise and worked fine as well plus a USB electrical socket to charge your phone. The WiFi worked very well and was pretty nifty they give you the password when you check in. Bathroom was clean and has a power shower free soap and shampoo as well plus towel. Carpet was clean and bed was clean with fresh bedsheets although the pillows were quite flat as I like fluffy ones. Had a big wardrobe and a table and a cushioned chair plus tea bags, coffee and sugar and a kettle. Plus a radiator with a mirror on top. Had a pleasant stay picked up a bargain at £37 booked online. Plus you can get drinks from reception should you feel thirsty.
