I need to see a manage re holiday was 2with my friend and she was dealing with everything but see died and when I phoned I was told the holiday was cancel with no refunds. I am not very happy at losing 450 pounds.

The service is terrible at Ramsay travel ..They gave my husband the travel insurance.. to a holiday I have book as a surprise for his big birthday at Christmas.. when he went into pick up our tickets for our summer holiday..So know my surprise is soild had to tell him .. £5500.00 holiday soild as they couldn't do as I ask and put the travel insurance in my name !!!Never booking a holiday with them again !!!
