Came in today to buy bones for ramen stock, the guy was so helpful, had a great chat about different foods and cuisines. Very helpful and informative, you can tell he had a genuine passion for food! The meats from here are really high quality, top notch butchers!! Can't recommend enough.

Our child has allergies, didn't sense they were overly happy that we were meticulous going through certain ingredients with them. Manager told us she would text us to let us know a more comprehensive list of deeper ingredients. We haven't heard anything and that was 3 weeks ago so although the meat was good quality we won't be bothering again on pure principle if they can't be bothered. Shame. Soutars Meats (5m drive) in Parkstone is the cleanest and friendliest option. Nothing is ever too much for them. Beautiful meat.

I went in to just meat A month ago and I bought 5kg of chicken for £20 and I have returned to the shop today to be told it is now £25 which I was happy to pay but she called me a lair and said has been that price for the last year, very very rude woman. Would avoid.

Just Meat Market
Super butchers selling local meat, bread and dairy. They do proper sausages which can be hard to come by (much recommended). Everything is very high quality. The people running the butchers are very friendly and personable people. Pop in and pick up a few bits and support a local small business that is well worth your money!

Really knowledgeable team, friendly and can help find the right cut for smoking and curing at home too. Also have sour dough bread, tracklements and all kinds of spices, rubs and accompaniments.
