Quick and friendly car service from Mahmood. I was also sent pictures and videos of the service taking place, which is very unique and instilled confidence that work is being carried out. Even cleaned my engine (see pic).Highly recommended.

This is my third time using their service in two years. I had to replace my front shock absorber and track rod. They booked me on the same day and completed the job promptly. Mahmood is very approachable, transparent and professional. He explained me everything thoroughly and the price is very competitive as well. Will definitely use their service in the future

Had a really good experience here. Reasonable price for a full service and break pads. Was told the previous year that I needed the break discs replacing by one of the major autocentre chains but Mahmood found this to be unnecessary. I will be using this autocentre from now on.

My second year of using Pinner auto service for my MOT and service. Friendly and professional staff. Have had bad experience with other garages and have questioned their honesty but at PAC I feel very happy and satisfied with the service. Very nice of Mahmood to send messages and videos of the work done on the car which is very reassuring. Would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Pinner Auto Centre - the staff are professionals and help to go the extra mile to ensure the customer is fully satisfied.I am no expert in this field, and it can sometimes be very overwhelming to go to a garage and understand the feedback given by the experts. But at PAC, the feedback provided is super clear and broken down so that any customer can understand. I was made to feel very comfortable on arrival, and when I left once my MOT and full service was complete.It was also great to see videos and photos in real-time of the work being done by Mahmood and his team!
