Perfect for ferry home to Spain. Its what it says on the tin. Comfortable bed and warm room. Nothing else. Fair pub next door (unconnected) and good grub and service.The hotel does not offer cooked breakfast otherwise it would have got 5 stars.

I only one complaint about this hotel and that was the noise of air-conditioning from what I assume was the hungry horse below our room. It was on all night like being an airplane, windows shut. Aside from that one issue the site is perfect for getting into Portsmouth, Big car park, hungry horse for food and drink.The reception staff were brilliant, very helpful for all our needs. I'd definitely stay here again but would insist on a room not over the noisy area.

Excellent hotel for the ferry terminal. Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and efficient staff. Easy parking straight of the motorway and opposite the dock entrance. Good pub next door for food and drinks.

Went for meal in pub under travel lodge not impressed food Not to good service OK due to its virtual DIY! Got my jumper stuck to the dirty table and also my glass of drink got fixed to the table , could be a nice place if it was sorted out

The staff are always friendly and helpful. Thank you to the one that kindly gave me some hot chocolate on a cold evening. Sorry can't remember your name. You were on duty around 9 pm.

Friendly helpful welcome on our return trip from France. Hotel couldn't be nearer to ferry port. Room scoring loses a star because shower is step into the bath which is unusable by elderly or disabled guests. This includes 'accessible rooms' .

Room 216 directly above air conditioning plant for bar downstairs. Very noisy all night, room very hot, not air-conditioned, unable to open window more than an inch. Surely if we signed a disclaimer the safety catches could be removed. As it is a thin mouse would have trouble falling out.

Clean and spacious room. Very quiet ensuring a good nights sleep Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Ideally situated for the ferry to France....literally 2 minutes drive. Bonus of a restaurant underneath .
