DJI Mini2 Gimbal repaired in 2 days at a damn good price. No issues with transport to and from, payment was simple and secure. Ryan is always available for help and to answer questions.

Top notched sorted out my drone in zero time. First Tried dronedoctor who wanted to charge me 400 Queens Heads why dont I just add money and get a new one then? Ridiculous and the service was not good. So I got them to send it to DJI North West and as soon as they got it it was sorted out and sent out the next day and now I am flying high again.

What an absolute amazing company. Im quite tech savvy and could not fix my drone. Ryan had it up and running in less than 24hour. Booking system keeps you updated along the way. Amazing!!!

I crashed my drone heavily. Sent it off to NWDR and Ryan diagnosed gimbal faults very quickly. Unfortunately for me it was more economical to exchange for a new drone which I did. From sending off to receiving a replacement was only 5 days. Brilliant service, very clear and quick communication, would recommend to anyone with drone damage, great and honest service. Thanks Ryan.

Amazing service. I've broken the arm on my DJI MINI 2. After being quoted over £100 by most places I took it to DJI North West on Saturday who fixed it for me for under £100. I've picked it up on Tuesday and it works like brand new. I can't recommend this place enough! Fast repairs for cheaper than most places!

Absolutely amazing. Completely fixed my drone in only a day after it crashed and fell into a stream. I’m on a road trip and so I didn’t have an appointment but he fixed it anyway and I managed to get it back it time to still get some amazing shots on my trip.
