PHONE SET UP

My iPhone had a problem I couldn’t hear the caller unless I switched to speaker. I called into Phone set up and they fixed it within 30 mins, great service

Possible Fire Risk! Really bad. I don’t like to leave negative comments about any business but this is necessary. This business changed my daughters iPhone 8 battery 6 months ago. My daughter showed me an issue with her phone, the screen wasn’t fitting properly. So I went to see them today, only to be told that the battery had swelled and that’s why the screen had been pushed up and wasn’t fitting. They said they don’t offer a guarantee on batteries, but this is very concerning. This battery was obviously a cheap battery, I’ve never seen any phones battery swell like this, EVER. They told me it was to do with over charging which is not the case. They would not offer a replacement. I would just be very careful if they don’t offer a guarantee or the battery is not up to a safe standard. It could have been a fire risk.

Purchased two cases and two screens at a cost of £50 which the gentleman fitted. Initially was very impressed with the service, however in less than a month the screen cover was lifting! On returning to the shop was told I would have pay for another screen to be fitted - not at all impressed. Will take my custom elsewhere in future

I purchased a screen protector that I was assured was high quality. Less than 7 hours later it smashed. This happened while the phone was in my pocket (there was no knocks or drops).

Had major problems charging my mobile which I need for work, took it TO EE shop but they couldn't fix but they recommended Phone Setup shop, 30 mins later all sorted for a very reasonable price, (20 quid) many £s better than having to buy a new phone. Very friendly and helpful man, I very highly recommend. Thanks so much!
