Really wouldn't recommend this company if I could give no stars I would one of the worse places I've dealt with rude and disgusting. Hired a machine for a new business. it was not fit for purpose the engineer had set it up and under a hour had nearly burnt my new business down. Obviously had to be removed at my cost and electrician had to re wire my the box and painter had to repaint room costing over £1100. No support no help just a bill for the rental of faulty machine. Avoid!!

Joe black is a great company and they also give great service with such friendly staff.I have recommended them very highly to my friends over the years.I am not a massive fan of coffee but I order loose leaf tea from them as I really enjoy the different flavours.Since the lockdown, i have been ordering their fresh food hampers as my children really enjoy the fresh fruit and veg. X

Really it is all about the taste, and this is the best, to me it is also about the service. Joe blacks coffee came recommended, and I do recommend them. Just joined their new subscription service and the best bit - I get a discount too! Try them you will love the people and the best coffee.

Excellent customer service. Very helpful and professional offering advice on types of bean, roast and storage.I now only get my coffee from Joe Blacks. They also have a lovely loose leaf ginger tea which has now become my regular. All thanks to suggestions from the friendly staff.

Ive always been fond of coffee, but it wasn't until I was forced to go decaffeinated that I really became interested in it.Your choices are obviously limited and so im trying many places to find the best.The Peruvian decaffeinated roasted bean from Joe's is gorgeous.... I'll be back for more
