The experience with S&W was excellent overall. They communicated with me clearly and consistently, and were very knowledgeable about the whole process (I know this must seem obvious but as 1st time buyers this was very reassuring). We also felt they really cared about what we were telling them and didn't mind giving you their time, which is a rare thing. Everyone we dealt with was lovely, from John, to Tiff, then to Alexi.

A huge presence in Rushden so an obvious choice when wanting to sell. John, Tif and Jess are all extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Sold our home in 4 weeks in this very difficult climate. Impressive.

I was informed every step of the way and felt I could call at any time.Jon the Office Manager helped me complete some of the legal paperwork and that was a relief as it needed to be exactly right. I preferred to do that in person rather than over the phone.I was present at some of the viewings and could see how professional and enthusiastic they were about my house. Overall dealing with Simpson & Weekley was a fabulous experience. From the initial appointment with Mark Weekley to completion of sale the entire team were efficient, professional and very easy to work with. Special mention for Mark, Jess Berwick, Tiffany Batts and Alexi Griffiths.

They were very helpful in all areas especially when we first viewed the properties they had on the market, they gave us an opportunity to view other houses which they had in the area and for that we managed to get our new home. Thanks to TIFF one of the member of staff who helped us view a couple of properties and finally we got one

All of the staff made the process of selling and buying so easy. We were updated daily, if things needed chasing, it was done! The staff are friendly and helpful. No question was to much trouble for them to answer or find out an answer for. Overall made what could have been a very stressful experience as stress free as it could be.

Highly unprofessional staff who do not adhere to legal procedures and protocol with rentals. Lack of attention to detail in every interaction and are not impartial between tenant and landlord. Be very careful if you are considering a tenancy managed or administrated by Simpson and Weekly.
