GRB were the best of all the recruitment companies I corresponded with in my recent job hunt. Not only because they were the ones that found me the job I’m now in, but also because of how frictionless the process was. All other recruiters wanted me to attend extensive assessment centres, sometimes taking up to 4 hours of my day. Whilst I understand why they do this, I found GRBs approach refreshing.
