Whichever department you talk to from bins, highways or complaints you are met rudeness. They charge huge amounts if council tax and just deny any issues when complaints are put in against them. An example is we had a green bin refused to be emptied as 'there was a takeaway bag in there which MIGHT have still had food in it'.

Poor service in the garage for MOT test , they absolutely rob customer, I call to garage for move my appointment to after Xmas because the licensing doesn’t have appointment before Xmas( I just made my appointment day before at 4 PM and next day at 9:00AM I call to move that) the gentleman on the phone told me don’t need pay cancellation and give me another appointment however the day I want to MOT they charge me £25 for cancellation fee .But look like there is no control on this office

Poor, during cold weather we had to wait 10 days for heating and hot water. (My wife I'd disabled)
