Polka Dot Travel

We have used polka dot for the last 3 years and booked several holidays though this company unfortunately the last two this year have been a disappointment because the person selling the holiday to us does not know the location and the hotels well enough to give the correct information. We travelled to Ibiza this October the travel agent confirmed that during our stay everything except the clubs would be open totally wrong 98% is closed for the winter. Also we were told that the hotel had two big pools no it does not the pools are tiny. We relied on supposedly expert advice whilst booking over expensive holidays to destinations they have supposedly travelled to. We won’t be using this agent again their product knowledge is less than poor.

A great travel company right on our doorstep! We were many of the unlucky ones who had our holiday postponed at the start of the Covid pandemic and despite the troubles that all of the travel sector were experiencing, the Polka Dot staff worked tirelessly to keep us updated on the options available to us. We finally made it over 2 years (and 3 changes later!) on our holiday. Thanks very much to the team for all of your efforts.
