Been with Trundlewood for over 3 years, can't fault them. I always spoke to Terry who was quick to respond and resolve any issues.When we moved in they had the lowest fees and the nicest agents, would recommended and will use again in the future.

I spoke to a gentleman named Terry who was extremely rude and condescending, no customer service skills at all! I would not advise using this letting agency at all.

Awful landlord. Only care about their rent payments.. They do nothing if the tenant is having problems

Absolute shambles can't organise anything and the workmen they use don't have a clue what they are doing.. mould and damp in property, locks don't work properly... on the plus side they never bother you unless they know your moving and bombard you with viewings they don't tell you about.

As a landlord and long term customer of Trundlewood (10 years), I have always been happy with our relationship and am confident that my interests are being looked after professionally. Recommended.

Not very good with communication or emailing you bk avoid

I was a tenant of Trundlewood's up until June, I only stopped renting from them due to having to move for work, otherwise, I would have rented from them for a long time to come, they were the best landlords I could have asked for. If I had any problems they always got them sorted quickly and to a high standard. I would strongly encourage anyone to use this company to rent a property, they are a brilliant, small and friendly business who are always there ready to help you. I have rented from other larger companies, and for all they were big names etc, their service wasn't half as good as what I have had from Trundlewood for the last 2.5 years. I would highly recommend them!
