Raw Pet Food Pantry & Groomers

Jaz was a great groomer, our dog was nervous at first but seemed happy as Larry after the session. The trim was exactly what we were looking for: a summer cut to keep him cool. Friendly and quality service, the selection of treats is good too!

Went in today to talk about changing my dog to raw after being advised this shop by a friend. I spoke to Zara who really is a wealth of knowledge and she helped me understand the types of raw food and why it is best for my dog. 5 star service and I will definitely be back, thank you!

My two dogs have been coming here since the Lee shop opened. They have seen Kayla and Jazz and they always look amazing. Always smart and smell delicious and love the way they look.

After being let down by another groomers we found the groomers at the raw food pet pantry. They did an amazing job and my boy came out looking very smart. Reasonably priced and very friendly to dog and owner. This will be our go to place from now on!

I did buy from your shop up until today ...but now I won't be using your over priced stock ....I could spend £40 on dog chews when other retailers would be £18.00 ....your answer is but its an Ostrich ....who gives a stuff that its some poor exotic bird ....its for a dog who's going to not really care and dont try and tell me it's so much better for them load of Rubbish !!!!So last straw was for me to book my usualGrooming session for my Labradoodle a couple of weeks time, all good until I received a text asking for credit card details just in case I forgot appointment so you would charge anyway great system to print money, and wrong price £68 now from £55 ....Went back to shop and asked them why the hike in price said that's what I normally pay which it isn't....And because I want to pay cash then I had to pay whole amount upfront....Are you kidding !!! You don't pay until your satisfied the job is good ....dont pay up front in a restaurant do you.....Anyway all very poor I would say all about your profit it would seem .....Alot of Woffle about how good you are so you can charge ridiculous prices ,Eventually people will work it out and come to thire senses ...Your going to price yourself out the way your going.groominggrooming session

When my regular groomer of 7 years was poorly i sought an alternative temp groomer.My dog has been groomed from a young age and is very compliant and used to being groomed.On collecting my dog, she was very stressed, panting and very distressed.The groomer had barely clipped my dog, so I asked her to take a bit more off which she did.The groomer also told me my dog had growled at her, which she’s never done before.On returning home found my dogs chest was bald of fur, and sore to touch her body was very untidy, ears not done, nor round the mouth and eyes.I also noticed Pooh on her bottom and fur that hadn’t been cleaned off.I phoned to ask what happened and was fobbed off with-“if your not happy bring her back.”I will never take my dog here again, the groomer was clearly in-experienced and was a very stressed character in my opinion and shouldn’t be grooming dogs un supervised.

First time for Poppy at this groomers and very pleased she looked lovely and was happy and relaxed. Very friendly and obviously love the dogs. Have booked next appointment, would thoughely recommend. Defo 5 stars.

Without doubt I would give this service the full five stars.I have been taking my dog to The Dog Groom for four years now, she is always returned fresh and happy. They have a great way with all the animals that visit.STRONGLY recommend this company.

Jazz made a brilliant job grooming scamp. First time he has been but won’t be the last. Lovely friendly girl and shop is very good to.
