I have been going to the clinic in Vauxhall for over a year. Larisa was very patient and professional with her work but she left.I am unable to see the results and was asked to book more sessions, so I did. After 16 sessions and having had 8 sessions somewhere else, the owner informed me there was nothing they can do and I need to be consistent - I have done enough sessions. I was happy at first so my review was positive but when my treatments ended I didn’t notice a difference and so they don’t deserve the 5 stars from me.

I have bought 3 courses of laser hair removal and I have been extremely happy with the results. I have always requested to have Larissa as my therapist. She is an amazing therapist that I can trust with my skin. She always made me feel comfortable, listened to my concerns and was super conscientious. Never rushed the treatment even when I was late, she always accommodates. She is professional and friendly! Definitely recommend treatments with her.Thanks Larissa!

The ladies that work are very nice even tho Nelly left. I thought I was the only one who was experiencing no results - but I see I am not. The laser is very old and weak compared to others. Don’t waste your money here.
