I arrived early as per my appointment and found the lady smiling and happy, I had a PCR test with results In one day and that was true, the results were sent to my inbox with the appropriate certificate.Since I have found this practice I will always be a customer of their's because they are there when they say they will be....10/10Keep up the good work you are doing.

We did a stall at the ‘jolly xmas event’ and never have we had such a poorly organised event, no advertisement, no interest from staff and no footfall. Stalls cost between £20-200 and staff wouldnt even consider or listen to our complaints despite false promises of high footfall. By 3pm the room was over run with unsupervised kids which is dangerous around stalls/cash boxes.

would not recommend this place atall! Total bad management quick enough to ask for deposits and money every month, we cancelled our party before the lockdown came into place due to many reasons we payed full amount of £907 and money for us bringing our own food etc and £150 room deposit so over £1000 our terms and conditions state nothing other than if you cancel you will loose the deposit which we had no problem with.. yet catherine doyle (manager) decided to turn around and tell us we arnt getting a penny back out of them? (Why would you be using someones full money when the partys not even been anyway) Breach of contract we have been told by our representative. Bearing in mind she had nothing to pay for as the room was £250 and comes with the dj on the Saturdays (my mate knows him) bearing in mind if she payed a deposit to him how can the room be £250 any other time on a daily basis lol. alll she could of MAYBE payed a deposit for was the camera man yet she refused to show us an invoice of what date and how much she payed for the deposit. We payed money to bring our own food to.. so after the lockdown started we have been trying to get our money back, when our representative contacts her she states within 28 days someone from her legal/insurance will contact to sort it out.. 28 days is now up which is the legal requirement and no response they try to rob peoples money so be very carefull! We tried to be reasonable we are in our rights to get a full refund even though they would have had to cancel the party anyway, yet the manager who is clearly still catherine is posting on whatsapp wanting a bbq and kopporberg? Yh from robbing everyone! Shes not only done this to me people i know to, we will now be taking them to court if they are not willing to be responsible and actually contact us on information of our refund.. as we have been told from our representative they will have to pay court fees at the end as they WILL loose the case due to all the evidence and receipts we have and as they are in breach of contract and now gave misleading information also pay for the time and inconvenience they have caused and our money so will equal our to double the full amount!

Attended a party for a christening recently. The staff put on a Fabolous room and really did a great job to make everyone feel welcome. Bar staff friendly and it was a great day. Thank you

If you're going to book think twice they don't like to pay your deposit back. Every exscuse in the book I'm still waiting but I'm going to have to get it back my way or take them to court.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to book this club for any function. I had to take the landlord Lee pepper to court to get my deposit back. He didn't even have the decency to show up at court. I won the case an he had to pay me my back. Be very careful regarding your deposits. Make sure you get everything in writing as he will come up with any excuse not to give it back.

Owner is lovely.... always trying new things did free food over world cup.... can be great venue for parties weddings etc also has plenty of land with bouncy castle hire and slide hire... so perfect for fun days and charity events... watch out for his events well worth going down as you get looked after x

amazing staff and lovely venue

Really friendly staff, had our little girls 3rd birthday party here and the venue was amazing. Staff couldn’t do enough for us. Drinks pretty cheap. Would defo book again for another function x

Attending a 60th and birthday party last night 18th June 2022 for a beautiful generous couple who have done lots for the community. We all dressed up for the occasion as this was a long awaited event the room etc was fantastic and the DJs phenomenal the night was amazing until the end of the night. The manager Amanda I think her name was very rude to the DJs instead of speaking to them quietly signalled to them in show of all the guests to stop the music it was 2.30am and another party the night before had gone on until 4am. People of diversity you need to think about where you are spending your hard earned money in these places and Burnage Cricket Club you may need to train your staff on customer service and it’s importance. As we like to spend our money to have a good time but we are now thinking should we be going elsewhere or banding together to get our own venues.
