Trying to ge refund for past many month and nothing.... very vry unprofessional people...... never respond to emails.... guy has no idea what is going on.... dont bother. they charge you a fee even if your business is shut down and no electricity has been used....AVOID

they have taken thousands of pounds by direct debit using false estimated readings . they have refused to return the money saying they are investigating ' SINCE LAST OCT !!! .now issuing summons .. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY"

Terrible company. Avoid at all costs. Their customer service team provides no service or help at all. Even before I was frustrated and annoyed, they’re the most unhelpful supplier I’ve dealt with in my role. Won’t be using them ever again. Management need to pull their finger out and have a look at that team
