Townsend Dental Practice - I can't believe I have found a superb Practice right on my doorstep!!! After travelling all the way to Linlithgow for over twenty years!!! I am just so happy. Also it is such a nice Happy Surgery, great dentists and great staff.... One very Happy Patient...

I have been going to the Townsend Dental Practice for over 25 years and I have never thought of switching. Everyone is so professional and exceptionally friendly.I had a regular appointment today and we will all be back in six months.

Surprised with all the bad reviews but maybe it's a dentist by dentist thing rather than the whole practice. I'm with Dr Dejuan and am and NHS patient. I've had great treatment, follow up calls and the team have phoned to try and give me earlier slots as they become available.

Brilliant dentist .. needed an emergency appointment and was seen right away .. all staff friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel at ease

It is the first time that I have reviewed a dental practice and the truth is that I am very happy with the treatment and professionalism with which Margarita Monque Venturoli has handled my case. After 25 years in the country, I can say that I got the best practice with the best dentists and staff. Greetings to Fabiana, you are one of the best.

Despite many satisfactory years with other dentists here, I have moved to another practice.After an appalling experience with dentist Venturoli, and subsequent disregard from the practice manager, I am taking my money and mouth to a more respectful dentist.

If you are not a private patient, that is, if you go through the NHS, their workers treat you terrible, they make excuses for not giving you an appointment or canceling it at the last moment. I called by phone because I was 2min late. I called before my appointment time just to tell them I would be 2 minutes late. The receptionist told me not to go. I kept talking to her to make another appointment but she was not helping me find an appointment that was compatible with my work schedule so I showed up there anyway, instead of 2min late 10 she had already missed the appointment so I just wanted another one . When they finally gave me the appointment I told them that it seemed unprofessional for them to treat me like that, that I felt they were doing it because I was not a private client. The receptionist got up and raised her voice at me as I was leaving telling me that I was being disrespectful and that she would cancel my appointment I turned around and told her that I had only expressed how I felt that she seemed more disrespectful to me but that I couldn't cancel my visit now that I had not done anything and I have the right to be attended to. They gave me the appointment 2 months ago for the following June 22. They just called me to tell me that because of my behavior they are not going to register me. They have been 2min of conversation" in which they have not even allowed me to respond. when I tried to say something the girl started talking over me."

Smiles All the Way!My partner and I have been NHS patients with this practice for many years and have always received top quality service. Margarita has such a gentle touch and is so considerate to the needs of her patients. We have always been accommodated should we ever require emergency appointments to deal with dental flare-ups. Shirley, the practice manager, is also superb, leading her team in an efficient but jovial manner. They all go out of their way to put patients at ease and make them feel welcome and valued. All round, a great practice and always a positive dental experience!

Having had one out of three appointments I'd say this place is a sound dental practice for NHS patients.
