Just had day and night blinds fitted by galaxy blinds.. absolutely perfect. Measuring arrangements and fitting arrangements all on time. Blinds are stunning. Would highly recommend and will be using them again when room is finally ready for them. Definitely recommend this company..

Absolutely fantastic service, we ordered our blinds earlier today and they're already up. The staff were friendly and very accommodating, even provided additional blinds same day as we got the quantity needed wrong. I have always got my blinds from you but the other day I phoned as one of the cords from my venetian blinds have snapped or come undone, I phoned the shop and was told there was a £30 call out charge, that's us totally unexceptable., just a little update, my blinds have now been repaired by a smaller company than Galaxy without a call out charge

Very professional Company from start to finish, the lady that answers the phone, the man that comes out to measure up, and the fitter that comes to fit the blinds. A couple of weeks after the measuring, they rang to make a fitting day and time to suit myself. Exactly on time fitter arrived to fit my three blinds, great quality well pleased, would use and recommend again. Five star company, five star service.

Had a full house done from Galaxy .The Staff from the owner Ste through to the measure and installation team Malc and Stephen are a pleasure to deal with.The pricing despite the costly overheads of a full time Business are very competitive and great value for money .Told them I had a budget so Ste the owner came up with a deal that suited me.Read a few fake Reviews on here so decided to add my genuine one .Highly recommended and great quality from start to finish.Kristina , Eccleston .

The quality of the blinds is decent. Having purchased over £2000 of blinds from this shop, I am well aware of what they do. Their lead time is awful. They don't even seem able to come out to measure within four weeks. The attitude if the guy who does the measuring and order is absolutely appalling- smug and entitled. Thankfully I now go elsewhere. My business is appreciated, I've had blinds ordered, made to measure AND FITTED all before Galaxy had planned to come out and measure. Do not blindly give them your business (pun intended).
