I put a lot of business to Hydroclensing; maintly via Shane and have always found the company (and Shane) to be quick to response and complete work to a very high standard. Staff seem engaged and work is fairly priced.

Price was nowhere near estimate provided. Getting an invoice was very difficult. Three months after initial job they debited my bank account again.

AVOID!!!! - Would give zero stars if possible - Awful company, quoted for 2 man team to come and do the job, they sent 1 person to complete it and then tried to charge for extra hours on the job!!! Instead of accepting that they didn't provide the full service as per the proforma, they hired a debt collection company to chase for the extra charges for service they didn't provide.complete joke - Job number 212836

Unless you want to be charged extortionate prices and enjoy abysmal customer service then don't go near this company. I am a main contractor and have had a gut full of their antics and overcharging. Time to move on.I suggest you give them a super wide berth.

Great company. They turned up on time , did the work efficiently and quickly and were gone without any fuss. Nice guys and super equipment. They got it done, will use them again.

Needed an emergency call out and the service was quick, technician arrived within an hour and was friendly and professional, will definitely use again if required.

Really disappointed with the service received from this company today. Called at 9am for an emergency call out as my downstairs was flooding anytime water was used or ran in the home, was told a work order would be sent through straight after the call and they would get to me as soon as possible, 2 hours later I rang again to chase the work order and was told exactly the same and I said if they couldn't do it no problem just let me know and ill find someone else. 4 hours later still nothing. I won't be chasing again I'll use another company. Very unprofessional and upsetting. There is no excuse for poor customer service, they had my number and email to contact me.

Repeatedly failed to attend for a blockage over a 4 day period. Customer service reps managing expectations poorly. Avoid using this company.

Very helpful with our company, especially as we have ALOT of last minute requests and almost always is able to accommodate. Would recommend.Charles who looks after our account is always very friendly and patient with our sites requests.

As a company always needing fast response times due to the nature of my business, it is great to know we can rely on a speedy, cost effective service for the wide range of works offered. Efficient service from Charles & the team
