Just took delivery of our new car from Whitethor cars. Ellis, Mo and Lewis were all very friendly and helpful throughout. Made it such an easy process to buy a car from them from 250 miles away! Thanks guys!

Put my car on Carwow auction site and Whitethor cars were the winning bidders. Great communication and really friendly guys. They arrived the next day, examined the car and paid the money into my account with no quibble before loading and taking the car away. Fantastic experience buying a car from these guys. Great range of quality cars available with top specs. No pressure sales team whatsoever. On my first visit Mo was great and very helpful. When I decided to purchase the car Ellis took over the sales side of things and his communication right up to the collection of the vehicle was second to non. Blair was also helpful when I phoned a few times during the week. After a couple of days of having the vehicle the car developed an issue and the way in which they sorted this out was absolutely fantastic, giving me a curtesy car for a couple of days while the issue was resolved. It is clear that they take customer service very seriously and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending friends and family to purchasing from them. They will certainly be top of my list when I come to replace the car I have just purchased in 3 years time. Excellent!

I bought a car in May and had an issue that Mercedes should’ve warranted but wouldn’t. I called the garage and they got me booked in and have fixed the issue all within a few days. They also gave me a courtesy car while my car was being repaired. This was all free of charge. I highly recommend.

Bought my Jaguar F-Pace from these guys 2 weeks ago. Did over 200 miles in it within the next day and have been driving it since, so I can confirm I wasn't sold a dud!Ellis was extremely helpful and patient with me. Took me on a test drive of the car where he sat quietly in the back allowing me to have a good look around me and not trying to distract me from doing so! Very understanding when we decided to sell the car elsewhere, and simply waited for us to come back.No pressure to buy any additional extras, just a bit of genuine advice about the extended warranty. Again no pressure, just recommended. No argument over the price from me as I already felt it was a pretty decent price for the vehicle from looking around elsewhere. Tax etc all sorted there and then by Ellis, couldn't have been easier.Lovely car, fantastic service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

What an absolute pleasure of a car dealership to interact with! I purchased a 2018 Mercedes GLC from Whitethor Cars and it is pristine and I couldn't be happier with it. After looking at many cars over a few weeks, when I found the Mercedes at Whitethor, it was clear the spec and look of the car was above everything else I had seen. After first contact with Ellis over the phone, I can honestly say I have never had a more relaxed experience of buying a car than this. Very friendly, professional and answered any questions I had concerning the car. No high pressure selling whatsoever, which as a buyer cannot be underestimated in the whole car buying experience. Honestly guys, whatever you are doing keep doing it, as if I look to sell my Mercedes in the future I will be looking Whitethor Cars up immediately. Highly Recommended!!!

Ellis was great to deal with, no sales pressure, laid back.....confidence in car and his team. We Agreed deal..car was perfect on collection, paperwork and process all systematic. 1 month in the cars is all and more than i expected.
